A Grade C Category LD/3 LD3 System to be installed in the common parts of each of the Seven Blocks with an addressable control panel & EMS radio hub situated by the front door of each block (where the notice boards are currently installed). The tender must provide for a concealed 230 volt power supply from each basement electrical cupboard to a position alongside main door to exterior for Fire Panel plus 230 volt supply for Wireless Radio Cluster Communicators.
Prior to the quotation acceptance it is imperative that a full radio survey and signal integrity tests be carried out to establish the exact amount and exact position of the Translators and Expander Modules. It is understood that the survey may result in a charge for any additional equipment being required.
