The existing paving is to be raised and removed and replaced with “Grey Yorkstone”  paving slabs – see “London Stone”. Size and finish to be agreed.


The existing granite kerb stones need to be taken up and put aside for re-use. 13 of the kerb-stones are broken and need to be replaced. It may prove difficult to find replacement kerb-stones of the same size and patination as the existing stones. Therefore ware including in the  budget for the replacement of all the granite kerb stones with new kerb-stone.
